Our Process

Before agreeing to represent a potential client, we review their file and have a detailed conversation to discuss whether our firm can help you and, if so, recommendations for how to proceed, whether that is an application for accommodations, appeal or lawsuit. We charge an initial fee for consultation.  Upon your decision to retain the firm, a separate retainer fee is charged.  No legal work will be done until Jo Anne Simon, P.C. has received a signed retainer and fee.
